Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and document residents’ health status
• Aid residents with personal care services
• Manage staff scheduling during emergencies
• Educate staff and residents on infection control
• Assess psychological and physiological needs

Requirements:
• Registered LPN with BCCNM
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Proficient in English communication
• 1-2 years of experience in complex care preferred
