Who we are looking for:
Clarion Hotel & Suites is searching for a Restaurant Supervisor for ECHO Restaurant and

Wine Bar in Brandon. Successful candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. The Restaurant Supervisor will require the ability to take control of situations and adapt to regular interruptions. Time management and organizational skills are crucial. Only candidates that have a positive customer service attitude will be considered. One to two years of restaurant experience is an asset.

What you will learn:
You will learn a full working knowledge of the Squirrel Point of Sale System. Successful applicants will be responsible for day-to-day operations on the floor of the restaurant including managing employees,



assisting guests and helping to manage inventory and floats.

Position Summary:
Through the guidance of the Restaurant Manager, oversee and support the daily operations of the restaurant and lounge by promoting and providing consistent quality through co-ordination of superior customer and food service activities. Monitor and provide guidance for employees, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being enforced.
