Overview
We’re looking for a leader who can inspire, coach, and develop team members, drive sales, and ensure our clients always have an exceptional experience. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a well‑presented store, supporting the brand, and achieving business goals. Your leadership will occur primarily on the sales floor, where you empower your team to meet objectives and create a valuable, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and coach team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Ensure the store consistently looks appealing and supports the brand image.

Drive store performance and profitability through effective sales strategies.

Create an setting where team members feel valued, can grow, and work well together.

Adapt proactively to meet changing customer needs and business priorities.

Qualifications

2–3 years of progressive retail sales or customer service experience, with at least one year in a management role.

Strong communication, leadership, and time‑management skills.

Motivation to excel in a dynamic, fast‑paced team environment.





Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts based on business needs.

Comfortable with retail technology and systems.

University degree or college diploma, especially in business or management, is an asset.
