Support community development as a Community Worker with Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre. This role focuses on effective program delivery and inclusivity in engaging diverse groups.

In this on-call role, you will implement various programs including youth and adult engagement initiatives, while ensuring an inclusive environment for vulnerable populations. Your ability to facilitate in-person programs and manage administrative functions will contribute to building strong community ties and enhancing engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform outreach to assess community needs and interests
• Design and deliver workshops and community programming
• Foster partnerships with key community stakeholders




• Keep records on program participation and evaluation
• Assist in promoting programs to the community

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in health/social services or related field
• Background in group facilitation and leadership training
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
• Ability to lift and perform physically demanding tasks
