Position: General Labour / General Production Help
Location: 695 Martindale Road. Sudbury, ON. P3E 4H6
Shift: Must have flexible availability throughout the week (weekdays and weekends)
Pick,pack,sort, andpackage fresh productsinto bags and boxes. Work in production/packaging area to make andstack boxes onto pallets.
Responsibilities Inspect filled packages to ensure product is packaged according to specifications.
Work closely with production team members to ensure product quality.
Assist machine operators/mixers/oven captains and crew with other duties as assigned.
May assistsanitation crew in the cleanliness of production equipment and area.
Ensure all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements Previous experience in general labour,



production or shipping/receiving role.
You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a valuable listener, and empathetic.
Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
Work in a safe and conscientious manner.
You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues.
You digest constructive feedback as an opportunity to listen, and improve your skills, abilities, and performance.
You are someone who listens to comprehend a situation first, asking questions to clarify your own understanding, instead of listening to be able to reply quickly.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Physically capable of performing demands of the positions.
Flexible availability during both weekends and weekdays.
