Are willing to support the full scope of the role, including hands-on work

Stay composed under production pressure and think logically

Are open to learning and building their skill set over time

Development
Technicians are given opportunities to expand their skills across automation systems, including PLCs and robotics.
Growth into more advanced controls and programming work is based on demonstrated performance, reliability, and problem-solving ability in the role.
