Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative on behalf of a leading telecommunications client. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with wireless services, internet solutions, billing inquiries, and basic device troubleshooting. We’re looking for someone who is energetic, tech‑savvy, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls and email inquiries

Assist customers with wireless, internet, billing, and account‑related questions

Troubleshoot basic device and connectivity issues

Educate customers on plans, promotions, and available services

Accurately update customer information in internal systems

Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance goals

Qualifications

1+ year of call centre, customer service, retail, or customer support experience





Strong communication skills and professional phone presence

Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously

Comfortable troubleshooting basic technology and mobile device issues

Strong problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset

Ability to thrive in a quick‑paced environment
