With a focus on participants in the Lower Mainland, your work combines advocacy, employer engagement, and therapeutic recreation to ensure effective outcomes on their paths to independence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess client employment goals

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Sciences or equivalent experience
• Three years in a supportive role for individuals with disabilities
• Robust understanding of recovery-oriented practices
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle
