Job Description:
We seek highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associates to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, promoting our services, and driving sales for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to every customer.

Surpass sales and service objectives.

Cultivate a dedicated clientele by attracting new customers, nurturing current relationships, and maintaining client loyalty.

Participate in all training sessions, including product knowledge and vendor workshops.

Maintain the sales floor, including visual displays and price updates.

Keep in touch with clients through various communication channels about in-store events, product requests, and other relevant information.





Address all customer service concerns and expedite issues beyond standard guidelines to management.

Adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures.

Complete additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education - High School or equivalent

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent negotiation and closing skills

Self-motivated and driven to succeed

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
