Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments for psychosocial rehabilitation
• Assist clients with daily activities to promote independence
• Facilitate education, training,



and essential resources
• Maintain detailed progress notes to track client development
• Respond to mental health crises as they arise

Requirements:
• Relevant Mental Health Diploma or degree in social services
• Minimum one year experience with vulnerable individuals
• Current Level 1 First Aid certificate is essential
• Must possess an unrestricted Class 5 Driver’s License
• Access to a reliable vehicle is required
