Elevate your impact as a Housing Support Worker with Threshold Housing Society by providing essential overnight care for youth. This full-time job focuses on supporting young adults facing various challenges in a safe housing environment.

In this critical role, you will be the overnight support for youth involved with MCFD, addressing their immediate needs and helping them work toward personal goals. Emphasizing a holistic support model, you will coordinate with a dedicated team to manage various areas of life skills, mental health, and community integration for those in your care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary overnight contact for youth
• Monitor and support clients in crisis settings




• Collaborate closely with a holistic care team
• Guide youth towards achieving personal goals
• Maintain a supportive and safe environment

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or similar
• 1-2 years experience with vulnerable populations
• ASIST and NVCI training preferred
• Emergency First Aid and Food Secure Certification
• Successful Criminal Record Check required
