In this Cook 2 position, you will play a key role in preparing a la carte and buffet dishes for our diverse clientele. Positioned within a supportive team, you will ensure food quality and cleanliness in the kitchen while mastering culinary techniques. Flexibility in shifts allows for a balanced work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute cooking for breakfast and lunch menus
• Set up lunch buffet and ensure quality service
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized
• Adhere to food preparation standards
• Help with soup and stock preparations as needed

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years related culinary experience or apprenticeship
• Protected Food Handler’s Certificate required
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards
• Able to work flexible hours and various shifts
