Your responsibilities will involve supporting various marketing initiatives leading to the grand opening while helping to prepare the building operations. Your friendly approach and strong communication skills will help foster a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome potential tenants warmly
• Assist leasing team with tours and appointments
• Provide information on building details and amenities
• Help manage applications and interest lists
• Organize marketing events for grand opening

Requirements:
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly adaptable to changing priorities
• Professional demeanor and basic computer skills
• Experience in property management or leasing preferred
