You will foster a positive work workplace, train new team members, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the department. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide team efforts in achieving store objectives
• Facilitate training for Team Members on-the-job
• Answer customer inquiries skillfully
• Maintain safety standards and loss prevention practices
• Organize merchandise and supervise inventory management

Requirements:
• Prior experience in retail leadership strongly preferred
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Passion for customer service and enhancing experiences

• Night shift availability from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM
