We are looking to add a 4-on/4-off Day Dispatcher to our team in Brandon, MB working a schedule 4 days on, 4 days off, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM. This rotation will include weekends and statutory holidays .
THE ROLE The successful candidate will build dispatch, communicate, coordinate, and troubleshoot delivery issues. A significant part of the role is building relationships with your driver team, understanding and assisting them in their daily needs to ensure success on the road.
JOB RESPONSIBITLIES Develop relationships with your team of drivers
Ensure drivers are set up for success and have the tools they need for their work
Communicate workload/schedules to drivers, including customer requirements




Administrative tasks related to driver pay, Logistics software, permits, etc.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Proven team building and/or leadership skills
