Take part as a Camp Counselor, supervising children in MAC’s Day Camp programs. Organize activities and ensure a positive and safe workplace for all campers throughout various camps.

In this exciting position, you will manage children during Afterschool, Summer Break, and seasonal camps while fostering a fun atmosphere. Responsibilities include establishing rules, maintaining camp cleanliness, and addressing any disciplinary concerns. Experience with children in a leadership role is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise children in camps and afterschool activities
• Organize engaging and fun activities for diverse groups
• Enforce camp regulations and maintain safety standards
• Conduct headcounts and manage discipline




• Complete any required accident and behavior documentation

Requirements:
• At least one season of camp or related experience
• Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred
• Understanding of developmental patterns in children
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong organizational skills to handle various capacities
