Working in a remote camp environment, these cooks will prepare high-volume meals for clients in the oil and gas, mining, and construction sectors. What You'll Need 3+ years proven cooking experience in a restaurant, banquet,



or remote camp
Food Safety Certification required
Certificate from a recognized cooking school is an asset
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
Professional cook and baking experience
Responsible for breakfast cooking, some baking, composed salads, and sandwich making
Responsible for ensuring all HACCP logs are filled out correctly
