Become the technical expert in vehicle trim with our creative manufacturing team. This role focuses on product development, technical specifications, and effective communication with both suppliers and design teams. We are seeking a Vehicle Trim Engineer & Product Expert who holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and is a licensed member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).

You will lead technical meetings, document tolerancing requirements, and prepare detailed specifications for suppliers. Your expertise in composite materials, GD&T;, and FMEA analysis will be essential for driving projects forward. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as technical owner of assigned finish components
Lead inspections and testing to validate designs




Coach designers integrating systems into vehicles
Conduct risk assessment and define validation plans
Act as the internal reference for advanced technologies Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Licensed with Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Relevant experience in product development
Proficient in technical writing and documentation
