Job Duties & Responsibilities oPlan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant.
oDetermine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
oRecruit staff and oversee staff training.
oSet staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
oControl inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
oResolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
oNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
