Dexterra Group is seeking Cook 1s for a fly-in/fly-out remote camp operation near Amos, Quebec. These cooks will prepare meals for camp workers, supervise a team, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate is experienced in team management, adaptable to remote environments, and comfortable with a 14/14 rotation schedule.

What You’ll Need

Diploma in hotel management, catering, or equivalent technical training/experience





Experience preparing vegetarian cuisine

MAPAQ Hygiene and Sanitation Manager training strongly recommended

Minimum 2 years’ experience in team management

Ability and willingness to travel and work in remote settings on regular rotations

Compliance with health and hygiene regulations

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Use of personal protective equipment as required
