This role emphasizes teamwork, safety practices, and hands-on mentorship for Survey Assistants. You will create detailed documentation and lead recent technology initiatives within the surveying field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise survey work with a team of Survey Assistants
• Collaborate with Project Managers on project logistics
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and landowners
• Prepare sketches, data,



and field notes accurately
• Contribute to a safety-first culture and effective processes

Requirements:
• Diploma/degree in surveying, geomatics, or civil engineering
• 3-5 years as a Survey Crew Chief
• Strong understanding of GPS and Total Stations
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
