In this role, you will be dedicated to learners in the Edmonton Warehouse Academy, facilitating workshops and adapting training materials to suit various needs. You will coach participants in job strategies, track their progress, and engage with community resources to enhance their employment potential. This position is vital in promoting inclusive employment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead employment readiness workshops for participants
• Customize curriculum to fit diverse learning needs
• Guide individuals in job search and retention
• Document participant progress and maintain confidentiality
• Advocate for disability awareness and inclusive practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Valid First Aid Certification and clean Class 5 Driver's Licence
• Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management tools
