Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate move-ins and collaborate with partners
• Conduct regular safety checks in housing premises
• Assist with managing and documenting medication




• Create programming to enhance resident engagement
• Provide immediate support for essential needs

Requirements:
• Previous experience in human services, especially with homelessness
• Ability to apply harm reduction and trauma-informed care
• Solid attention to detail and recordkeeping
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Current First Aid and Mental Health First Aid certifications
