Become a Case Manager focused on spiritual care and recovery for women at the Sanctuary. This full-time opportunity lets you guide participants toward independence through compassionate case management.
This role entails working closely with women in the Sanctuary Stabilization program, overseeing their journey from intake to discharge. You will support personal development and emotional well-being while fostering community connections. Your background in social services and solid interpersonal skills will be essential for this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments to form actionable recovery plans
• Guide participants through various life skills and resources
• Lead classes and motivational sessions for emotional support
• Document case files and participant progress accurately
• Collaborate with external agencies for effective advocacy
Requirements:
• Clear alignment with UGM’s Mission Statement
• 2-3 years of related work experience mandatory
• Relevant educational background in social services
• Minimum 20 hours of crisis resolution training
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
