You will support healthcare staff by managing access control, monitoring risks, and responding to incidents effectively, with the backup of experienced management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage access and monitor restricted areas securely




• Conduct facility patrols and identify hazards
• Answer alarms and provide emergency support
• Investigate incidents and compile reports
• Document patient safety-related incidents as necessary

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Solid de-escalation and communication skills
• Comfort in high-pressure environments
• Willing to travel over 50km if required
• Dedication to public service and safety
