This is ahybrid rolesupporting both our Mississauga and Montreal locations.This role has astrong focus on recruitment, making it ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full-cycle talent acquisition process while contributing more broadly across the employee lifecycle.Reporting to the HR Manager, you will act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees - supporting hiring needs, guiding employee relations, and helping deliver a strong, consistent employee experience.What You’ll DoTalent Acquisition (Primary Focus)Managefull-cycle recruitmentacross multiple roles and functionsPartner with Hiring Managers to define needs, draft job postings, and manage timelinesPre-screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support selection decisionsPrepare offers, employment letters,



and recruitment reportsEnsure a consistent and compliant recruitment process usingWorkday/HRISAct as a resource to managers on behavioral interviewing and hiring best practicesEmployee Lifecycle & HR OperationsSupportonboarding, offboarding, and employee changesDeliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experienceMaintain accurate employee records and HR documentationRespond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR supportEmployee Relations & HR SupportProvide guidance onHR policies, legislation, and best practicesSupport managers in addressing employee relations mattersMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situationsPrograms, Projects & Continuous ImprovementSupport HR programs includinglearning & development, D&I, and employee engagement initiativesContribute to HR projects aligned with business prioritiesIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experienceAct as achange agentto support HR initiatives and organizational growthQualifications3+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitmentProven ability to managefull-cycle recruitmentin a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge ofOntario employment legislation and HR best practicesExperience withHRIS systems (Workday preferred)Highly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsSound judgment and ability to handle confidential informationEducation & CredentialsDegree or diploma in Human Resources or related fieldCHRP designation (or in progress) is an assetBilingual (English/French)
