This position reports to the General Superintendent and is based in the Kamloops, BC area, with travel to project sites as required.About the RoleThe Civil Construction Foreman / Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising day-to-day site activities to support the safe, efficient, and successful execution of civil construction projects. This role works closely with the General Superintendent, Project Team, subcontractors, operators, labour crews, and other stakeholders to ensure construction activities are completed on time, on budget, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.The ideal candidate has previous experience supervising and directing site works on civil projects or subdivisions, with a proven ability to lead construction teams to successful project completion while building a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.At Infracon, Safety.
