Mobile Device / M365 Support Analyst – Intune & MDM

Location: Burnaby, BC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 2 days onsite

Contract: Initial 6 months, with robust possibility of extension

Start Date: September 2026

We are seeking a Mobile Device / M365 Support Analyst for a contract opportunity in Burnaby, BC. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands‑on experience supporting enterprise mobile devices, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and endpoint management technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, support, and troubleshoot Android and Apple iOS/iPadOS devices and tablets .
- Diagnose mobile device hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and services in an enterprise environment.
- Provide SharePoint support, including document management, permissions, collaboration features, and end‑user assistance.
- Support endpoint and mobile device management activities.
- Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination.




- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and support project deliverables.
- Maintain technical and process documentation.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant enterprise IT support, systems support, or business analysis experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Android and Apple iOS/iPadOS devices .
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 .
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint .
- Strong troubleshooting and end‑user support skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to Have

- MDM / MAM
- Conditional Access and mobile security
- ServiceNow
- ITIL experience or certification
- Experience in a large enterprise, public sector, or utilities environment

Candidates should be comfortable working onsite in Burnaby two days per week and providing their own laptop/equipment for the engagement.
