Your Role Our customers' journey often begins with searching for information or purchasing tickets. They can browse online… or turn to you, by phone, to:Listen to their expectations and respond to their questions and concerns Recommend and sell travel solutions tailored to their needs Clearly explain the advantages and benefits of available options Provide a personalized, efficient, and attentive approach Your contribution will help:Create business opportunities that exceed customer expectations Achieve individual and team goals related to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency Work Schedule and Conditions You are available for:A variable schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidaysThe call centre operates 24/7 but you will be scheduled between 7:00 am to 11:00 pm A guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week Shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours per day Start date: April 20, 2026 Work location: Montréal Central Station No parking provided Mostly remote position, except during the training period and probation – occasional on‑site presence will still be required Why VIA Rail?Competitive salary:
