As the Clinical Lead, you will coordinate and deliver essential services while fostering a holistic approach that harmonizes Western and Traditional Hodi:noshoni:/Rotinonhsion:ni practices. Your leadership and clinical skills will be crucial in advancing trauma-informed care and supporting the Home and Community Care (HCC) Team in Six Nations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical guidance for the HCC Team
• Support onboarding of current team members
• Develop culturally appropriate client care plans




• Coordinate inter-qualified training and education
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Regulated Health Profession
• Registered Nurse in positive standing or eligible
• Leadership experience in an inter-disciplinary setting
• Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems
