As the Vice President of Sales, you will report directly to the CEO and oversee all sales operations at Kawartha Dairy. You will shape the company’s sales vision, develop regional strategies, manage budgets, and drive sales forecasts. Your role is critical in building long-term relationships with key accounts and enhancing customer retention through contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead national sales strategy and execution
Manage sales forecasting and revenue reporting

Requirements:
15–20 years in sales leadership within Food/CPG
Solid experience in Key Account and Field Sales
Foodservice experience considered an asset
