Railserve is seeking a capable supervisor to coordinate crews that switch rail cars and service locomotive consumables at our Alberta facility. You will lead daily operations, emphasize safety, and ensure productive railcar movements in a rapid-paced setting.
You will train new staff, monitor performance, complete paperwork, and work closely with site leaders to optimize workflows. Training is provided; all skill levels are encouraged to apply.
