Responsibilities
Provide personalized tutoring sessions focused on English Language Arts skills, including reading comprehension, writing, vocabulary, and grammar.
Develop customized lesson plans and activities that align with students’ grade levels and learning goals.
Support students in preparing for assessments, exams, and classroom assignments through targeted instruction.
Foster a positive and encouraging learning workplace that motivates students to participate actively.
Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to maximize growth.




Maintain explicit communication with parents or guardians regarding student performance and areas for improvement.
Utilize various teaching tools and resources to enhance engagement and understanding during sessions.

Requirements
Fluency in English.
Experience working with children or in an educational setting, including classroom experience or tutoring roles.
Strong writing skills with the ability to teach grammar, composition, and literary analysis effectively.
Passion for education and helping students succeed academically.
Excellent communication skills and patience to support diverse learning needs.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student levels.
Prior experience in tutoring or teaching English Language Arts is highly desirable.
