Become a Field Service Technician focused on Multi-Functional Products. Maintain, repair, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and active relationship management.

In this role, you will be responsible for in office repairs of MFPs while driving customer loyalty through exceptional service. You'll manage technical issues and maintain accurate records, while also engaging in proactive promotion of services. Continuous learning of new technologies is vital in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance and repair of MFP units
• Resolve technical issues for customers
• Manage parts inventory and service records
• Build strong relations with customers and sales teams
• Participate in ongoing training and technology learning

Requirements:
• 0-2 years in technical repair roles
• Familiarity with print OS and networking
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Preferred CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications
• High School diploma or equivalent required
