• Facilitate onboarding and team development initiatives




• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching
• Manage relationships to resolve customer challenges
• Ensure a safe and compliant work environment

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Solid communication and adaptability skills
• Familiarity with plumbing or hydronic supplies preferred
• Competence in Microsoft Office products
• MHE Certification to be obtained within three months
