Clements Centre Society is seeking a Casual On-Call Community Inclusion Worker specializing in bakery activities. Support individuals with disabilities in a vibrant social enterprise.
As part of the Mindful Mouthful initiative, your role will focus on facilitating bakery participation for diverse individuals. You will leverage your interpersonal and advocacy skills to provide guidance and support in community living settings. Your ability to engage effectively will help create a nurturing setting for participants and families alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate bakery-related engagement for individuals
• Advocate for community support and personalized assistance
• Teach participants essential life skills
• Collaborate with families,
volunteers, and organizational staff
• Execute time management efficiently while working independently
Requirements:
• Community Support Worker Certificate or similar experience
• Minimum three months’ related experience with disabilities
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications
• Food Safety Certification required
• Driver's license and positive criminal check needed
