This role is designed for students enrolled in relevant Welding or Mechanical Engineering programs, offering hands-on training and skill enhancement opportunities within a global automotive leader. Over a five-month term, you will aid the Quality Department in conducting weld audits, inspections, and supporting engineering teams through effective communication and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in weld process inspections and audits
• Conduct data analysis for weld quality parameters
• Support Weld Technicians in troubleshooting activities




• Maintain and update weld documentation records
• Engage in continuous process improvement efforts

Requirements:
• Enrollment in a Welding Technologist/Technician or Engineering program
• Familiarity with Gas Metal Arc Welding is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends
