GCS is looking for a competent Skid Steer Operator and Laborer to support HDD drilling in Red Deer. Collaborate on fiber service upgrades with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

To thrive in this role, you need over three years of experience operating skid steers and a robust background as a laborer. You'll be responsible for moving materials, backfilling, and ensuring all tasks are completed with accuracy and care. This job requires effective communication and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate skid steer for material transportation
• Perform digging and backfilling as necessary
• Adhere to client and supervisor instructions
• Read project plans and locates properly
• Ensure safety and complete documentation at job sites

Requirements:
• More than 3 years of skid steer operational experience
• Laboring experience required
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
• CSTS 2020 and Ground Disturbance Level 2 certifications
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs in tight spaces
