As an Industrial Painter at Weldco-Beales Manufacturing, you will work under the guidance of the general foreman. Your role involves estimating the materials needed and ensuring surfaces are expertly prepared. Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately measure and estimate painting materials
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling




• Application of liquid coatings using multiple tools
• Mix and match paint colors as specified
• Maintain quality by addressing imperfections with a wire wheel

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 10; high school graduates preferred
• Industrial Painting experience is beneficial
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent safety history
