As a member of the Home Care team, this permanent, in-person role involves helping frail, physically disabled, or mentally challenged individuals maintain their independence. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and home support services to clients
• Assess and manage work priorities and methods




• Assist clients to remain in their homes safely
• Collaborate with the Home Care team
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education required
• Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide Certificate
• Experience with the elderly or disabled preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license needed
• Solid ability to work both independently and in a team
