Deliver quality home care services as a dedicated Home Care Attendant, ensuring client independence and safety. Your focus will be on providing compassionate support to clients while maintaining standards of care in their homes.
This role requires a Health Care Aide Certificate, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll support the daily living needs of clients while collaborating with Case Coordinators to enhance their quality of life and overall health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with daily living and personal hygiene tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Observe and report any changes in client condition
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
• Help prepare meals appropriate to dietary needs
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate is essential
• Must have Class 5 Drivers License and vehicle access
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT applications
• Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Respect for confidentiality and diverse backgrounds
