Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and care planning

Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required
• CNA specialty certification preferred
• Current CPR certification essential
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Capability to perform physically demanding tasks
