Cover absences of the Transition Services Supervisor
Assist in hiring and training Youth Care Practitioners
Complete administrative duties assigned by the Supervisor
Coordinate information distribution and scheduling
Mentor staff and promote career development Requirements:
Post-secondary education or related experience
Knowledge of the Child and Family Services system
Experience with vulnerable youth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Certification in Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C Lead with compassion and cultural respect to support youth growth at The Link.
