The Talking

Together program, funded by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, aims to empower families through a Circle process. As a facilitator, you will conduct Circles to help families achieve resolutions without litigation. Candidates should have a background in social work or related fields, with excellent communication skills, and experience working with NAN and First Nation communities. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Circle meetings for families to resolve issues
Empower families through the Talking Together program




Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
Travel to the James Bay Area as needed
Utilize MS Office software and general office equipment Requirements:
Minimum secondary school diploma with relevant experience
Preferred degree in social work or related field
Experience in legal systems an asset
Knowledge of NAN and First Nation cultural contexts
