We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused People & Culture Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our People & Culture (HR) function across our three distinct brands. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate record-keeping, and a positive employee experience.
The People & Culture Administrator will report to the Director of People & Culture and works closely with leaders across the organization, providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee Records Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and other HR documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and system updates
Track probation periods, contract renewals, and employment changes
Recruitment & Onboarding Support Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
Assist with reference checks and pre-employment documentation
Prepare onboarding materials and ensure new hires have a positive first-day experience
Payroll & Benefits Support Support payroll administration by collecting and verifying employee information
Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and general employee inquiries
Maintain records related to leaves of absence and time-off tracking
Employee Support & Communications Serve as a first point of contact for general People & Culture inquiries
Support internal communications related to policies, events, and People initiatives
Assist with employee engagement activities and programs across all brands
Compliance & Reporting Ensure HR files and processes comply with employment standards and internal policies
Support the preparation of HR reports and data tracking
Assist with policy updates and document control
General Administrative Support Provide scheduling and coordination support for meetings, training sessions, and People initiatives
Support special projects within the People & Culture team as needed
Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or People & Culture administrative role
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Working knowledge of employment standards and basic HR practices
Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working in a quick-paced, multi-brand environment
This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy within the organization.
Base salary range: $50,000 to $60,000.
