Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health education programs
• Engage with clients to create personalized health plans




• Facilitate cultural understanding in health discussions
• Conduct assessments and provide counsel as needed
• Collaborate with community stakeholders for health initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
• Advanced communication and counseling skills
• Fluency in Cree, Dene, or Saulteaux preferred
• Understanding of social services policies
• Commitment to cultural and religious diversity
