Join Morgan as a Heavy Civil Equipment Operator in Ontario and contribute to impactful construction projects. You'll be engaged in earth moving, equipment operation, and safety compliance for a agile team.

In this project-based role, you will work on heavy civil construction tasks, including earth moving and grading activities. We're looking for experienced operators with at least three years working with Graders, Excavators, or Dozers. You will operate equipment while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and optimal functionality, primarily working a rotational schedule for 12-hour shifts, days and nights as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Graders, Excavators, or Dozers effectively
• Perform routine equipment inspections for safety




• Communicate with site personnel for smooth operations
• Champion safety protocols following Morgan's procedures
• Assist ground personnel and perform other labor duties

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years operating heavy civil equipment
• Valid Driver’s License and safety training tickets
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Physical conditioning for demanding outdoor work
• Experience with hard rock mining is a plus
