Make a difference every night as a Full Time Health Care Aide at Amica Douglas House. Working 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM from Tuesday to Saturday, you'll support seniors with compassion and personalized care.

As a Health Care Aide, known as a Resident Care Partner, you provide essential support to residents at Amica. Your role focuses on creating meaningful interactions while assisting in daily activities, promoting engagement, and ensuring a dignified living workplace. You are valued for your dedication and ability to connect with each senior, enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide light housekeeping and dining support to residents
• Engage seniors in various activities and meaningful conversations




• Build relationships and deliver personalized care to individuals
• Administer medications as trained under supervision
• Complete any necessary paperwork for care documentation

Requirements:
• Graduate from accredited HCA/PSW program or enrolled nursing student
• Good standing with the BC Care Aide registry
• CPR/AED certification and Level 1 First Aid
• Willingness to learn on the job
• Successful completion of Vulnerable Sector Check
