As a Health Care Attendant at Verve Senior Living, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of older adults. You’ll provide integral care, emotional support, and facilitate activities of daily living, under the guidance of the Health & Wellness Manager. An ideal candidate is compassionate, responsible, and ready to collaborate within a caring team, ensuring residents receive exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and cognitive support according to care plans
• Monitor residents' conditions and document changes accurately




• Promote residents’ autonomy in daily living activities
• Participate in team feedback sessions for quality care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in residents' living spaces

Requirements:
• Minimum grade 12 education and Health Care Aide certification
• Certified in Emergency First Aid and CPR
• Prior experience with seniors is an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
