You will report directly to the Store Manager, driving best practices and initiatives that align with brand guidelines. Your role will be pivotal in identifying gaps and developing training for current hires.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and implement operational improvements
• Train new staff on the operating system, Cegid
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on stock policies
• Manage vendor relationships for cost efficiency
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance in stores

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in retail
• At least 3 years' supervisory experience
• Knowledge of safety legislation and U.S. retail laws
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service orientation
